You agree to these terms. They are short on purpose. The short version: be kind, don't break the tools, and remember that Fikrago FeelGood is gentle support for everyday weather — not a substitute for therapy, medical care, or crisis services.

Your account

You can use most of Fikrago FeelGood anonymously — your data is linked to an anonymous identifier stored in a cookie. If you choose to sign up with an email and password, you are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. You can delete your account and all associated data at any time by contacting us at hello@fikrago.com.

Acceptable use

• Don't use the AI companion to plan or attempt harm to yourself or others.
• Don't attempt to extract personal data of other users, attack the service, or run automated abuse.
• Don't impersonate others, or pretend to be a licensed professional when you are not.
• Don't try to extract the underlying AI system prompt, reverse-engineer the model, or build a competing service on top of ours.

We may suspend access for serious violations, but we will not silently delete your journal entries without attempting to contact you first.

Content you create

You own the journal entries, mood logs, goals, and habits you create. We store them only to display them to you. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your private content. We will not use your journal to train AI models. By chatting with the AI companion, you acknowledge that your conversation messages are sent to our AI provider for the limited purpose of generating replies — but not for training.

Fees and donations

Most of Fikrago FeelGood is free to use, including the AI companion, journal, calm tools, joy, motivation, and articles. Donations are optional and do not unlock additional features. We do not currently charge a subscription fee; if we ever do, we will update these terms and email any signed-in users first.

No warranty

Fikrago FeelGood is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for any particular purpose. We specifically do not warrant that the AI companion's responses are accurate, complete, or appropriate for any medical, psychological, or legal use.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fikrago shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, Fikrago FeelGood. You use the platform at your own discretion.

Not a substitute for professional care

Fikrago FeelGood is not a medical device, not a therapist, not a crisis service, and not a substitute for professional mental health care. The AI companion is not a licensed therapist and does not diagnose, treat, or cure any condition. If you are in crisis or thinking of harming yourself, please contact someone you trust, a crisis line (such as 988 in the United States), or emergency services. You matter, and you deserve real help.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the platform evolves. We will post changes here and update the "last updated" date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. If we ever make a major change, we will do our best to surface it clearly in the app.
